3. Ordering Procedure

To place an order, the customer must follow these steps:

• Choose one or more products and add them to your cart.
• Confirm your cart and choose your delivery method.
• Create a customer account or log in to an existing account.
• Choose a payment method.
• Confirm your order.

4. Payment Methods

Payments can be made by credit card, Stripe, or Klarna. Payment is due immediately upon ordering.

5. Delivery

Delivery is free and takes between 5 and 15 days, in all countries. Delivery times may vary depending on the destination.

6. Right of Withdrawal

In accordance with Article L.221-18 of the French Consumer Code, the customer has 14 days to exercise their right of withdrawal without having to provide any justification or pay any penalties.

The period begins upon receipt of the products.

The products are covered by the legal guarantee of conformity and the guarantee against hidden defects. In the event of a defective product, the customer may request a refund or an exchange.
