At Aupulansa, we are committed to delivering your products as quickly as possible. All orders are shipped within 5 to 15 business days, regardless of your location.

Shipping is free on all orders. You will receive a confirmation email with a tracking link as soon as your order has been shipped.

Return Policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your order.

If you are not satisfied, you can return your products within 45 days of the receipt date.

Return Conditions:

• The product must be unused and in its original packaging.

• Returns are free under these conditions.

Refund Policy

We offer refunds only in the following cases:

To request a refund, you must provide evidence (photos or videos) within 7 days of receiving your order.

Refunds will be issued via the same payment method used for the purchase, within 14 days of your refund request being accepted.
